We are very pleased with our new telephone system. We switched from Lucent/Avaya to ARG Communications. Joe Ruggieri was with us during our install and walked us through training. He was always available; even during a holiday, when we had to change our message for the first time.
As a veterinary business, we have some unique needs. Without adding anymore additional lines, Joe made some great suggestions to streamline our calls and make us more efficient. He also looked at our monthly telephone service, and noticed some services we didn’t need. We are now paying less for our monthly telephone service.
I would highly recommend Joe Ruggieri and ARG Communications for all your communication needs. Not only did ARG meet our needs, they exceeded our expectations!
