I have been the project lead on several phone system conversions, and by far the smoothest one was accomplished recently with ARG Communications. Joe and his team are top notch and accomplished an entire system conversion in a few short days after receiving approval from our office. With bad experiences converting in the past, I have to say I was hesitant with such a large undertaking happening in a short period of time; however, Joe reassured me that his team was up for the challenge. They were on sight at every turn, and the communication from their group was outstanding through the entire process. Even with the little direction and short time window that was given them, the conversion went off smoothly and without a hitch.

I had the pleasure of working with Joe Ruggeri from ARG Communications this past year while relocating our facility in New Jersey. Joe and his team successfully installed several hundred voice and data drops for our new building. Joe was available to assist during the entire process as well as have his team on site for the final move dates. During our move, we made several changes to the floor plans, requirement changes for the new cubicles and added/removed many drops. Joe took all the changes in stride and come the “go live” date we had no issues with any of the drops ARG ran for us!
